International Shipping

All orders will be reviewed before proceeding to receive the order or make the purchase for the customer. Customers will be contacted should the order be inconsistent with what is received/ quoted from the retailer. RBI reserves the right to decline any order at any phase in the transaction. If payment has been made when an order is cancelled, RBI will issue a refund of the order. All transaction/ shipping fees that have occurred before cancellation are non-refundable. No changes can be made once an order has been placed. RBI reserves the right to keep all purchases from being shipped internationally until full payment has been made. RBI will promptly process all payments and shipments but is not responsible for domestic or international shipping times. All customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed on their international shipment upon arrival at their destination. Please note that all payments must be paid from the user and not from a name not recognized on the order form. Also, the delivery address must match the address registered with your payment account.
